Autumn has great listening skills and quickly learned the types of properties I prefer/require - location, size, price, style, condition, etc. She curates the listings so that they are on target and each viewing is productive. Autumn is diligent, very responsive, and has great attention to detail. She shares her opinion on pricing and the pros/cons of each property. She is proactive in dealing with selling agents on offers and counteroffers and looks 2 steps ahead to avoid problems/surprises. Autumn is not only on hand at the home inspection and the final walk-through but continues to assist with tying up loose ends after escrow closes with excellent follow-through. In our case, she identified missing fixtures and appliances and quickly secured their return.
